World Database of University Museums and Collections

UMAC (ICOM’s International Committee for University Museums and Collections) maintains a World Database of University Museums and Collections.

Many UK university museums and collections are represented in the database.

The database was redesigned in 2017 to increase functionality and make it more user-friendly.  It now also includes maps and images.  If your museum or collection is not represented, simply click on ‘participate’ when you are in the database and complete the online form.
